How to use a tooth whitening kit?

My friend has purchased a tooth whitening kit which has come with a blue led light thing that you put into your mouth and a syringe full of something… However there were no instructions! Anyone know how she needs to use the kit?

  1. you put the tooth whitening on and then put the gard that comes with it and then the light until it turns off

  3. Mask off the rest of the face and pack out the mouth with newspaper, then spray the whitener over the area. When dry bake the entire head in an oven to harden the paint. Polish with a dual action polisher and away you go.
    Try not to smile in the dark as you’ll upset the sqeamish.
